The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is planning to issue a solicitation for a Personal Services Contract (PSC) for the position of Justice, Rights, and Security (JRS) Rule of Law (ROL) Advisor at the GS-14 equivalent level within its Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG). The Advisor will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise in ROL programming to USAID’s overseas missions and Washington, D.C.-based offices, serving as the contracting officer representative for the ROL IDEAS Lab and promoting USAID ROL policy through various forums and training sessions. This role is critical for enhancing ROL systems globally, with a contract duration anticipated to be one two-year base period with three optional one-year extensions, totaling a maximum of five years. Interested parties should monitor the System for Award Management (SAM) for updates, as no applications will be accepted prior to the solicitation's issuance, and inquiries will not be addressed until then.
