The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking to contract a U.S. Personal Services Contractor (USPSC) for the position of Youth and Civic Education Advisor within its Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG). The advisor will be responsible for advancing youth and civic education initiatives, supporting the integration of these issues across USAID's development objectives, and enhancing the impact of programming through collaboration with various stakeholders. This position is critical for addressing knowledge gaps and promoting best practices in youth development, with a contract duration anticipated to be five years, including a two-year base period and three one-year options.
