The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to provide Non-Emergent Ground Ambulance Services for the Phoenix, Southern Arizona, and Northern Arizona VA Healthcare Systems, including their associated Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The required services encompass Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and Critical Care Transport (CCT) on a 24/7 basis, aimed at enhancing ambulance service availability for veterans while complying with local, state, and federal regulations. Interested vendors must obtain Certificates of Necessity (CON) from the Arizona Department of Health Services for specified counties prior to proposal submission, with each CON leading to a separate contract award.
