The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is seeking qualified practitioners in Guam to provide Special Education Clinical Assessments for students with suspected disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), emotional disturbance (ED), and other health impairments (OHI). The initiative aims to ensure that military-connected children receive appropriate educational support through approximately 35 specialized assessments annually, which will require contracting external services for initial diagnosis, appointment scheduling, assessment execution, and reporting results to the school's Case Study Committee (CSC). This RFI emphasizes the importance of specialized assessments in delivering tailored educational services to eligible students and outlines the performance period from August 1, 2025, to January 31, 2030. Interested parties must submit their responses by April 23, 2025, to the primary contact, Miyuki Kinjo, at Miyuki.Kinjo@dodea.edu, or the secondary contact, Mileska M. Rodriguez, at Mileska.Rodriguez@dodea.edu.
