The Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) is offering grants for the Fiscal Year 2024 to enhance culturally specific services for victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. This program aims to support the maintenance and replication of successful community-based programs that provide culturally relevant and linguistically specific services to racial and ethnic minority groups, including American Indians, Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, Blacks, and Hispanics. With an estimated total program funding of $22.5 million, the OVW expects to award approximately 50 grants, with individual awards ranging from $400,000 to $450,000. Interested applicants must submit their proposals by May 2, 2024, and can reach out to OVW at OVW.cultural@usdoj.gov for further assistance.
