OVC FY25 Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Assistance Formula Grant

The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) is offering the FY25 Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Assistance Formula Grant, aimed at supporting state governments in providing essential services to crime victims through local community-based organizations and public agencies. This grant program allocates a total of $1,900,000,000 from the Crime Victims Fund, with $1,267,586,252 designated specifically for victim assistance grants, ensuring that funds are utilized to assist victims of various crimes, including sexual assault and domestic violence. Each state, along with the District of Columbia and certain territories, will receive a base amount, with additional funds distributed based on population, and applicants must comply with specific VOCA requirements.
