The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has announced the Justice, Rights, and Security (JRS) Annual Program Statement (APS), inviting diverse partnerships to promote justice, protect rights, and enhance security globally. This APS serves as a framework for future Addenda, which will request Concept Papers from eligible organizations, with specific eligibility criteria outlined in each Addendum. Notably, the LGBTQI+ Addendum No. 4 seeks Concept Notes aimed at advancing the rights of LGBTQI+ individuals, with potential funding of up to $25 million for awards ranging from $500,000 to $10 million. Interested applicants should direct their inquiries to Michael Kwaw at jrs-aps@usaid.gov, and note that the close date for submissions is May 11, 2025.
