    Description

    The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is seeking a cooperative agreement to assist in the administration of the FY 2025 Fulbright Student Program. The Fulbright Student Program is a major component of the worldwide Fulbright Program, which provides awards for college and university graduates to engage in degree study, teaching, and research abroad and in the United States. The program sends approximately 1,908 U.S. students and early career professionals abroad annually for various activities, while also bringing around 2,150 foreign participants from approximately 160 countries to the United States. The selected organization(s) will be responsible for placement, monitoring, organization of enrichment activities, disbursement of funds, and records management for the FY 2025 cohort of U.S. students and foreign students, as well as the program promotion and recruitment and selection of the FY 2026 cohort.
