The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking input through a Request for Information (RFI) regarding the Sustainable Agricultural Water Management initiative in Guatemala. The objective is to gather insights from organizations experienced in agricultural water resource management, climate adaptation, and infrastructure development to support the feasibility assessment and design of this initiative, particularly aimed at improving water management for smallholder farmers in the Western Highlands and the departments of Alta and Baja Verapaz. This RFI is crucial for informing the development of strategies that enhance agricultural productivity and community resilience to climate change. Interested organizations are encouraged to submit their responses, including technical input and case studies, by January 22, 2025.
