The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is offering grants to military-connected local educational agencies (LEAs) for academic and support programs, as well as the World Language Advancement and Readiness Program. Eligible LEAs, which must have at least 10% military-connected student enrollment, can apply for funding ranging from $500,000 to $2,000,000 to enhance academic achievement and promote world language education among military-connected students. Interested applicants must submit their proposals, including a detailed project narrative and budget, by April 18, 2025, with awards supporting projects from September 30, 2025, to May 31, 2030.
