The Department of Defense, through the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), is seeking information from qualified businesses regarding the procurement of Infrared Search and Track (IRST) Environmental Control Units (ECUs) for the F/A-18E/F aircraft. The procurement will involve Full Rate Production (FRP) lots I, II, and III, with the selected contractor responsible for ensuring adequate temperature control for the Infrared Receiver and Processor Weapon Replaceable Assemblies, as well as performing automated test procedures and troubleshooting at their facility.
