    Sources Sought notice issued by the AGRICULTURE, DEPARTMENT OF, specifically the AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH SERVICE, is seeking a Senior Level Technical Writer with a PhD level education and experience in Lactation Nutrition Support Services. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. The Government is interested in responses from Small Businesses, HUBZone small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, 8(a) small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, woman-owned small businesses, or small disadvantaged businesses. The Government does not intend to make an award based on the responses received. The Government requests that no proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information be included in the response. After reviewing the responses, a combined synopsis/solicitation may be published on sam.gov. All responses must be received by the specified deadline.
