    Special Notice: VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF is seeking to procure Plyarify - Radiopharmaceuticals. Plyarify is a radioactive diagnostic agent used for positron emission tomography (PET) of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positive lesions in men with prostate cancer. The procurement involves the preparation and delivery of F-18 Piflufolastat (Pylarify) doses performed at a contractor facility and delivered to the PET/CT Service at VA Connecticut Healthcare in West Haven, CT. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm. Only vendors within a 60-mile radius of VA Connecticut need to respond to this RFQ. The contractor's personnel must be licensed in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia. The contractor will bill on a monthly basis, itemizing all services rendered. The services covered by this contract shall be furnished by the contractor Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.
