The project aims to enhance campus utility services by establishing a comprehensive utilities distribution system and modifying existing infrastructure, with a construction budget projected between $25 million and $100 million and an estimated timeline of 1,277 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. This initiative is crucial for improving the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of utility services on the campus.
