The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide electronic gift cards in various denominations through a four-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the VA Portland Health Care System. The procurement aims to establish a reliable source for electronic gift cards, which will be requested via email or phone, with a minimum order guarantee satisfied by the first Task Order. This contract is significant as it supports the VA's efforts to provide benefits to veterans, and the anticipated first Task Order is expected to be fulfilled by October 1, 2024.
