Sources Sought: Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease office space in Torrington, Wyoming. The USDA is looking for a space that meets their requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The space should have a minimum of 4,312 square feet and a maximum of 4,528 square feet. It should also include 15 secured parking spaces and 22 non-reserved parking spaces. Additionally, the USDA requires a 2,000 square foot pull-through secured parking ware-yard adjacent to the office space, as well as outside secured storage of 300 square feet. The lease term is 240 months, with a firm term of 36 months and termination rights of 120 days. The space should not be in a flood plain.
