The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Savannah District, is seeking responses to a Request for Information (RFI) for the replacement of the Ramey School at the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. This project, with a budget estimated between $100 million and $250 million, aims to construct a modern PK-12 educational facility that includes classrooms, administrative areas, and specialized spaces, while adhering to seismic and high-wind building standards and addressing environmental considerations. Interested businesses, particularly small businesses, are encouraged to submit a capability statement by March 12, 2025, as this RFI serves as market research and does not guarantee a contract. For further inquiries, interested parties may contact Gerard Leo at gerard.f.leo@usace.army.mil or David Lione at david.j.lione@usace.army.mil.
