The project involves the construction of the eVTOL Procedures and Analysis Range (eV-PAR), which includes a 5,200 square foot weather shelter, a 2,500 square foot support area, and various taxi and touchdown areas, with a total estimated construction cost between $5 million and $8 million. This facility will serve as a research and procedure validation site for electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft.
