The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking contractors to provide Health Care to Homeless Veterans (HCHV) through Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. The objective is to identify vendors capable of delivering supportive services in a low-barrier environment for up to 30 homeless veterans per day, including those with residency restrictions, while ensuring safety and recovery support for both male and female veterans. This initiative is part of the VA's commitment to addressing veteran homelessness and facilitating access to essential medical and rehabilitative care.
