The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is seeking qualified contractors for the remodeling of the Municipality of San Jose Regional Monitoring Center in San Jose, Costa Rica. The project encompasses comprehensive construction services, including demolition, new construction of walls, floors, and ceilings, as well as the installation of elevators and security systems, all in compliance with Costa Rican construction standards. This initiative is part of the U.S. government's commitment to enhancing national security infrastructure in Costa Rica, and the selected contractor will be expected to complete the work within 160 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
