Description

Special Notice: VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF is seeking a service contract for Siemens Apogee Controls at VACHS Newington. This contract will include maintenance services for existing inventory, upgrades, and expansion of AHU's, Chillers, and Boiler Plant. The service provider will be responsible for preventative maintenance, routine repair, emergency repairs, and spare parts inventory. The Siemens Apogee Controls and Mechanical Maintenance Services are used to monitor the mechanical, heating/air-conditioning, and ventilation systems at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System Newington Campus.
