The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Johnson Controls Inc. The contractor is currently providing Chiller and Cooling Tower Service for the Cheyenne VAMC, and a replacement contract is being established for the continuation of services. Interested firms may provide written notification prior to the response due date and time. The estimated period of performance for this requirement is from August 15, 2024, to August 14, 2029.
