Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE M200A1 Trailer EPA Clause Sources Sought Notice: The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Army, is conducting market research to obtain industry feedback on utilizing an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) clause for the production of non-commercial 2.5 Ton Single Axle Chassis Trailers (M200A1). This notice aims to gather information for planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the Government. The market survey seeks to determine the best way to utilize an EPA clause in a follow-on contract for the M200A1 trailers, which will support the immediate requirements of the Product Director Light Tactical Vehicles (PD LTV) on behalf of Project Manager Expeditionary Energy & Sustainment Systems (PM E2S2). The M200A1 trailer models include the base trailer, a trailer with an adjustable lunette, and trailers for the integration of Army Next Generation Shop Equipment Welding (NG SEW) and Advanced Medium Mobile Powered Sources (AMMPS) generators. The Government owns a competitive Technical Data Package (TDP) for the M200A1 trailers.
