The scope involves repairing masonry and structural issues at the W.G. Hefner Veteran Administration Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina.
The primary objective is to select an A-E firm to provide architecture and engineering services for the medical center's project, titled A/E Repair Masonry-Structural Issues. The chosen firm will be responsible for developing detailed construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports. They will also participate in planning meetings and provide construction period services.
To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Possess professional qualifications and recent experience in comparable hospital projects, with a focus on architectural and engineering services.
Demonstrate past performance and a successful track record in cost control, quality work, and adherence to performance schedules.
Have the capacity and resources to complete the work within the required timelines, ensuring a dedicated project team.
Provide a record of construction period services experience, including professional inspections, submittal reviews, and RFI support.
Maintain a local presence or availability for quick site visits, as required by the facility.
Submit a complete SF 330 form, including all mandated information, by the specified deadline.
