The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Honolulu District, intends to increase the shared ordering capacity of existing Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) for Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services in the Honolulu District area. The objective is to support the DoD construction program, which encompasses projects in Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Freely Associated States, by providing essential A-E services for vertical construction projects, including design, planning, and site investigations. This increase in capacity, valued at $6 million, will facilitate the timely initiation of new design requirements and modifications to existing acquisitions until new contracts are awarded.
