The Department of Energy, through Brookhaven National Laboratory, is seeking responses from qualified companies for the design, fabrication, installation, and testing of modular hot cells as part of the Clinical Alpha Radionuclide Producer (CARP) project. The project involves creating a series of six hot cells, including specialized areas for target entry, disassembly, actinium processing, and waste processing, which are critical for the handling and processing of radionuclides. Interested parties must submit a Capabilities Statement, their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and an 80% confidence rough order magnitude (ROM) cost estimate by October 7, 2024, to assist in the planning and procurement process. For further inquiries, potential respondents can contact Joseph Famiglietti at jfamiglie@bnl.gov.
