The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Orlando VA Healthcare System, is seeking qualified businesses to provide wayfinding kiosks and supporting software for a period of twelve months, with four additional twelve-month options. The procurement aims to enhance navigation for veterans and visitors by replacing outdated kiosk hardware and renewing the Software as a Service (SaaS) license for the existing wayfinding platform, CXApp / Jibestream, while ensuring compliance with ADA standards. The selected contractor will be responsible for installing new kiosks, training VA personnel, providing ongoing support services, and maintaining the wayfinding application in accordance with VA branding and best practices.
