Sources Sought VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF is seeking to procure a Brand Name or Equal Handheld Spectrum Analyzer for the Fargo VA Health Care System in Fargo, ND. The purpose of this procurement is to conduct market research and determine if there are sources capable of providing the requested supply. The Spectrum Analyzer is used for measuring and testing electrical and electronic properties.
