    Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE NAVY is seeking training services for MOBILE UTILITIES SUPPORT EQUIPMENT (MUSE) technicians located at Port Hueneme CBC Base, CA. The contract is for a duration of five years (60 months) and requires class sizes to accommodate a minimum of 8-12 MUSE Technicians. Graduation from the course will result in certification. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, labor, and other items and non-personal services for training and related services. The contractor must meet performance, cost, and schedule objectives. The training topics include equipment inspection, equipment preventative maintenance, software upgrade, electrical testing, power system training, electrical safety, grounding and bonding, oil sampling, generators, substations, transformers, nationally recognized electrical codes and publications, leadership, project management, and professional International Electrical Testing Association.
