The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to award a federal contract for maintaining Steris SPS equipment in optimal operating condition at multiple medical facilities. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside procurement with a notice type of "Sources Sought."
The scope of work involves keeping all STERIS SPS equipment up to standards set by regulatory bodies such as the FDA and OSHA. The contractor will obtain necessary licenses and permits and must have the certifications and qualifications required to service the specialized medical equipment.
The contract is planned to run for a base year, with four additional option years, and the government intends to award it on a sole-source basis to Sustainment Technologies, LLC.
