The Department of Defense, specifically the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center in Huntsville, intends to modify the Utility Monitoring and Controls Systems (UMCS) Fifth Generation Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to increase its capacity by $800 million, raising the total to $2.9 billion.
