The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Omaha District is seeking qualified contractors for the renovation of Sijan Hall, a cadet dormitory at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The project aims to renovate approximately 135,000 square feet of the facility, which includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection upgrades, ensuring compliance with current USAFA Design Standards and building codes. This renovation is critical for modernizing the infrastructure and maintaining operational efficiency for cadet housing, with the anticipated contract value ranging between $100 million and $250 million.
