    Notice of Intent: Homeland Security, Department of intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) sole source single contract to RAPISCAN SYSTEMS INC for the sustainment of Radiation Detection Equipment (RDE) and Large Scale (LS) Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) Equipment. This equipment is used to detect illicit material and radiological threats attempting to enter or exit the borders.
