Description

Sources Sought Notice: Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service is seeking Pharmacist Support Services for Clinton Indian Health Center in Clinton, OK. The services are intended to support the requirement for Pharmacist Services at the Clinton Indian Health Center, with occasional travel to El Reno and Watonga Indian Health Center's when necessary. The contractor must have at least 1 Pharmacist applicant available with a current unrestricted Oklahoma Pharmacist license, professional liability insurance, 3 years' experience as a pharmacist, and a valid Oklahoma State Board Immunization Permit.
