    Sources Sought VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF is seeking a Surface Guided Monitoring System compatible with Varian TrueBeam Accelerators. This system is used in Radiation Oncology to expand treatment options and improve patient care. It must have interoperability with Varian Linacs via MMI for various functionalities such as auto beam hold capabilities, auto patient import, and more. The system should allow real-time tracking of patients before and during radiation therapy, ensuring accurate and reproducible patient setup and monitoring. It should also be completely integrated with Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator for safe and accurate delivery of radiation. The system should be able to perform various therapies and examinations including DIBH, General Breast, SRS, SBRT, Head and Neck, Sarcoma, and Prostate. Additionally, it should include software and interfacing requirements such as HD camera units, workstation, patient tracking software, DICOM import and export modules, calibration plate, PSU for HD camera, portable device for remote control, and advanced optical set-up and verification.
