The Department of Health and Human Services, specifically the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), is preparing to issue a presolicitation for the Research, Measurement, Assessment, Design, and Analysis (RMADA) 3 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
