The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is soliciting information through a Request for Information (RFI) regarding contractors capable of providing a Records Management System (RMS) to support its Police Program Office. The purpose of this RFI is to gather insights into potential vendors who can enhance information management related to incidents, arrests, evidence, and personnel files. This request is not a commitment to procure any services; it seeks unclassified input only and does not permit classified or proprietary information. Respondents are required to include administrative details, demonstrate their experience in providing similar services to commercial and government entities, and outline their capabilities to meet NGA's requirements. The NGA Police require a comprehensive Records Management System (RMS) to enhance the management, storage, and retrieval of critical data, including incident reports, arrests, evidence, and personnel files. Key functionalities include single data entry, connection to state and national databases, integrated vehicle and officer management, and the ability to track case investigations and reporting. Moreover, the RMS should facilitate mobile ticketing, fleet management, and provide robust analytical support. It must ensure data accuracy, allow for report generation, and support redaction for sensitive information. Additionally, the system should manage personnel records, training certifications, and Internal Affairs investigations while ensuring security and privacy for juvenile data. The development of this RMS aligns with federal initiatives aimed at modernizing law enforcement operations and improving data integrity, compliance, and accessibility across the NGA Police department.
