    Combined Synopsis/Solicitation VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF intends to sole source a Building Automation System Upgrade for the Indianapolis VAMC. The Building Automation System (BAS) at the Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is in need of an upgrade due to reliability issues caused by outdated hardware and software. The BAS is used to monitor and control HVACR mechanical equipment critical to patient safety and facility operations. The upgrade will involve upgrading the hardware and software of 5 supervisory Jace Controllers and the existing BAS Server, as well as migrating existing databases and graphics to the new software platform. The contractor will also be responsible for providing a one-year software maintenance agreement. The work will be performed at the Richard L. Roudebush VAMC in Indianapolis, Indiana. The contractor must adhere to conformance standards set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and be available to work after hours, on weekends, and holidays.
