The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, is seeking small business firms capable of undertaking the repair of Building 606 at the United States Military Academy (USMA) in West Point, New York. The project involves extensive renovations to convert the historic 122,735 square foot facility from a medical clinic into a General Instruction Building, supporting the Academy's academic programs in Mathematics and Systems Engineering. Key tasks include repairing and upgrading structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, along with asbestos removal and compliance with current standards.
