The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a prime contractor for the construction of the San Ysidro Land Port of Entry (SYLPOE) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Bus Inspection Facility in San Diego, California. The project aims to address sight line issues at the current facility and includes the construction of two covered bus inspection bays, an administrative office, employee parking spaces, and a ramp for bus circulation from the northbound egress lanes of I-5 and I-805 freeways. This procurement is part of the SBA 8(a) program and is estimated to cost between $5 million and $15 million, with a completion timeline of 730 calendar days.
