The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is preparing to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Contractor-Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) fuel storage services in Denmark. The procurement aims to secure services that include the receipt, storage, maintenance, and distribution of petroleum products, specifically Turbine Fuel Aviation Grade JP-5 and Fuel Naval Distillate Grade F-76, with a required storage capacity of 357,000 barrels for F-76 and 286,000 barrels for JP-5. This contract, which will be awarded under full and open competition, is anticipated to have a four-year base period starting September 30, 2025, with an option for an additional five years and a potential six-month extension.
