The project aims to address deficiencies in historic structures, enhance energy efficiency, and ensure safe access through comprehensive site preparation, demolition, and renovation work on various buildings, including the Lodge/Administration building and maintenance facilities. This procurement is exclusively set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), with an estimated construction cost between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000.
