Sources Sought HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH is seeking small business sources to acquire eight BD FAC Symphony A5 SE Analyzers for its facility at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland. These analyzers are needed to increase analysis capabilities, maintain data integrity, and prevent variability in data. The analyzers must include 5 lasers, have simultaneous 50 parameter detection, include LED pulser technology, have a high throughput sampler robotics, use high-quality photomultiplier tubes, require the use of standard FACS-DIVA software, and be able to process Flow Cytometry Standard files. The Government anticipates making a single award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. The place of performance is NIH/NIAID/VRC/FCC in Bethesda, MD. The anticipated period of performance is on or about September 27, 2024, with delivery preferred as soon as possible within 90-120 days.
