    Special Notice: DEPT OF DEFENSE - DEPT OF THE ARMY intends to sole source the contract for preventative maintenance and training of the Disaster Relief Mobility Kitchens (DRMKTs) located in various Air National Guard (ANG) locations. The DRMKTs are used for disaster relief operations and provide mobile kitchens for feeding personnel in emergency situations. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the existing DRMKTs and providing training to military personnel operating them. The training will follow the Operation Manual developed by the manufacturer, Babington Technology. This contract requirement is exclusive to Babington Technology DRMKTs.
