The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, is conducting a market survey to identify alternative suppliers for the Mach Alert Fire Station Alerting (FSA) system as part of the construction of a new Fire Crash/Rescue Station at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida. This initiative aims to restore base operations following Hurricane Michael and involves the construction of a one-story, 34,315 square foot facility equipped with multiple drive-through bays and essential utilities. The procurement is critical for enhancing emergency response capabilities, and interested firms are invited to demonstrate their ability to provide compatible alternatives to the specified brand name equipment, including HP servers and associated components. Responses must be submitted to the Army Corps of Engineers by the specified deadline, and inquiries can be directed to Jennifer Suit at Jennifer.H.Suit@usace.army.mil or Eric Hurtado at eric.j.hurtado@usace.army.mil.
