The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is soliciting offers for a U.S. Personal Services Contractor (USPSC) to serve as the Regional PEPFAR Coordinator in Togo, aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the PEPFAR initiative in combating HIV/AIDS across West Africa.
