    Special Notice: Supply and Delivery of Office Furniture by MCA-Liberia MCA-Liberia, an organization of the Government of Liberia managing the Compact Agreement with funding from the Millennium Challenge Corporation, is seeking to procure office furniture. The purpose of this procurement is to supply and deliver office furniture for MCA-Liberia. The requested office furniture includes 26 ProPlus Standing Desks or their equivalent. Interested suppliers are required to quote for all items listed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Failure to quote for all items will result in an incomplete and non-responsive quotation during the evaluation process. The deadline for submitting price quotations for the supply and delivery of the goods is January 5, 2018, at 4:00 pm Liberia time. Quotations should be submitted in USD currency and must be valid for 90 days. Hand delivery of the quotations to the specified address is the preferred method of submission. The evaluation of offers will be based on the comparison of quoted prices in accordance with MCC Program Procurement Guidelines. The supplier offering the total lowest evaluated quotation price and meeting the required description of the goods on all items will be awarded a purchase order. Suppliers must clearly state the model of the goods, country of origin, and provide warranty and guarantee conditions/duration for the proposed goods.
