The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Haiti is seeking information from organizations regarding an upcoming Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning, and Adapting (MERLA) activity aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of its programs in the country. This initiative will focus on providing independent Third Party Performance Monitoring (TPM) and Evaluation, Learning, and Capacity building (MEL) services to address complex socio-economic and political challenges, thereby supporting strategic objectives in sectors such as Governance, Education, Health, and Humanitarian Assistance. Interested organizations must submit concise responses by November 27, 2024, without including full proposals or proprietary information, as the feedback will inform the design process for the MERLA activity. For further inquiries, potential respondents can contact Anne Mutchelle Beaubrun at abeaubrun@usaid.gov or Alina Menicucci at atmenicucci@usaid.gov.
