The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks responses from experienced manufacturers to provide six prep and pack stations, along with a wrapping workstation, for use in the Sterile Processing Services of the Robert J. Dole VAMC. These stations are essential for preparing medical instrumentation used in surgical procedures.

The scope of work involves the provision of all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials for the delivery, installation, and training associated with these workstations. The contractor must ensure a high level of professionalism and adhere to strict safety precautions during the entire project.

Each prep and pack station must be stainless steel and height-adjustable, with specific features and technical requirements outlined in the statement of work. These include integrated footrests, adjustable lighting, and storage drawers.
