The Department of Defense, specifically the Utility Helicopters Project Office (UHPO) under the Department of the Army, is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights from industry vendors regarding their capabilities to support the lifecycle of various H-60 Mission Design Series (MDS) helicopters. The RFI aims to assess vendor capabilities in designing, developing, testing, and integrating hardware and software systems, as well as maintaining configuration management and logistics support documentation for the UH-60M and HH-60M helicopters. This initiative is crucial for ensuring the operational readiness and sustainability of these aircraft, which are vital for Army and Department of Defense missions. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit their responses, including company information and relevant experience, to Oren Gilbert at oren.l.gilbert.civ@army.mil, with a courtesy copy to LaNita McGraw-Holloway at lanita.m.mcgraw-holloway.civ@army.mil. The anticipated contract period of performance is from June 2024 through June 2029, and responses must be submitted electronically, limited to 25 pages and 5 megabytes in size.
